2 Corinthians 1.12 The worst is over, we've come out of this with conscience and faith intact, and can face the world. It was God who kept us focused on him, uncompromised.
2 Corinthians 1.9-10 Instead of trusting in our own strength, to trust God totally since he's the God who raises the dead! And he did it, rescued us from certain doom. And he'll do it again, rescuing us as many times as we need rescuing.

Romans 13.12 The night is about over, dawn is about to break. Be up and awake to what God is doing! God is putting the finishing touches on the salvation work he began when we first believed.
