2 Corinthians 1.9-10 Instead of trusting in our own strength, to trust God totally since he's the God who raises the dead! And he did it, rescued us from certain doom. And he'll do it again, rescuing us as many times as we need rescuing.
2 Corinthians 1.3-5 He comes alongside us when we go through hard times, and before you know it, he brings us alongside someone else who is going through hard times so that we can be there for that person just as God was there for us. We have plenty of hard times that come from following the Messiah, but no more so than the good times of his healing comfort—we get a full measure of that, too.
1 Corinthians 15.57-58 In a single victorious stroke of Life, all three-sin, guilt, death-are gone, the gift of our Master, Jesus Christ. Thank God! With all this going for us, stand your ground. And don't hold back. Throw yourselves into the work of the Master, confident that nothing you do for him is a waste of time or effort.
1 Corinthians 12.14,26 God has carefully placed each part of the body right where he wanted it. If one part hurts, every other part is involved in the healing. If one part flourishes, every other part enters into the exuberance.

1 Corinthians 1.24,30 To us Christ is God's ultimate miracle and wisdom all wrapped up in one. Everything that we have-right thinking and right living, a clean slate and a fresh start-comes from God by way of Jesus Christ.
1 Cor 1.7-9 Just think—you don't need a thing, you've got it all! All God's gifts are right in front of you. And not only that, but God himself is right alongside to keep you steady and on track. God, who got you started in this spiritual adventure, will never give up on you. Never forget that.
Romans 15.12-13 Jesus is tall enough for everyone everywhere to see and take hope! Oh! May the God of green hope fill you up with joy, fill you up with peace, so that your believing lives, filled with the life-giving energy of the Holy Spirit, will brim over with hope!
Romans 11.2,6 God has been too long involved with you, has too much invested, to simply wash his hands of you. Hold on, not because of what you think you're going to get out of it, but because you're convinced of God's grace and purpose in choosing you.
Romans 10.4,11,8 The Messiah puts everything right for those who trust him to do it. No one who trusts God like this - heart and soul - will ever regret it. The word that saves is right here, as near as the tongue in your mouth, as close as the heart in your chest.
Romans 9.28,25-26 God doesn't count us; he calls us by name. "I'll call nobodies and make them somebodies; I'll call the unloved and make them beloved. In the place where they yelled out, 'You're nobody!' they're calling you 'God's living children.'"
